DesiRentalSearch is a listing platform connecting landlords and renters. We do not verify listings, guarantee property availability, or act as a party to any rental agreement. All transactions are between landlords and renters directly.

3. Listing Rules

• Listings must be for real, available properties in the United States
• All information must be accurate and not misleading
• No duplicate listings for the same property
• No discriminatory listings based on race, religion, national origin, sex, disability, or familial status
• No spam, scam, or fraudulent listings

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use DesiRentalSearch to harass other users, post false information, scrape data, or violate any applicable laws including fair housing laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DesiRentalSearch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users.

7. Limitation of Liability

DesiRentalSearch is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between landlords and renters.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
